Bob Dylan will send a speech to be read at the Nobel Prize ceremony

The eccentric American musician Bon Dylan continues to talk about. few months ago he was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature and this decided not to attend the official awards ceremony to be held on December 10 in Stockholm.
