Renowned British composer and producer, Brian Eno, will be performing for the first time in Argentina, on 2 December at the Kirchner Cultural Centre (CCK), where will be conducting the presentation of two of the most important facilities artist visual: 77 Million Paintings and The Ship.
The space known as "The Great Lamp" will be the venue that will host the first of these facilities, with a major logistical effort that includes, among other things, a structure twelve monitors whose screens are projecting images randomly created by self artist, and that they add layers of music composed by the same Eno. This performance has been presented at landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House and other fascinating areas of Tokyo, Venice and Rio de Janeiro.
Meanwhile, in the Auditorium Room 613 of the same cultural space, it will be making the presentation of The Ship (name also of his latest album), which brings two fundamental elements of his work: music and songwriting. Such performance starts with important historical events as the sinking of the Titanic and World War II. According to Brian himself clarifies: "the conceptual departure is the constant oscillation of humanity between arrogance and paranoia, delivery and control."
Tickets for 77 Million Paintings, may be withdrawn on the same day from 12 to 19 hours, granting up to two per person while supplies daily quota. For the second of its facilities, The Ship, admission is free. Both facilities will be open from Wednesday to Sunday from 13 to 21 hours.
