Colombian rocker Juanes will sing at the Concert Nobel Peace Prize, this time in honor of the president of his country Juan Manuel Santos.
The star and activist complete list of international stars will perform on December 11 at the Telenor Arena in Oslo, Norway, which also includes Sting, Halsey, Highasakite and Icona Pop, organizers announced Monday. The event in its 23rd annual edition, will host Conan O'Brien.
'' To defend the right of all to live in peace has long been a pillar of my music and the work of our foundation, so I'm flattered to have participated in past concerts Nobel who recognize global leaders who seek peace around the world, '' Juanes said in a statement issued by the organizers. Juanes participated in concerts in 2005 and 2007 for Mohamed ElBaradei and laureates Al Gore, respectively.

With seven studio albums and sales of over 16 million copies, Juanes is one of the most renowned artists of the Spanish-speaking world. He has won 21 Grammy and two Latin Grammy and has topped the Billboard charts in more than a dozen occasions, most recently with his new single, '' Fire ''.
