There is a band revelation in Spain is playing brutal in bars and small clubs in the music scene of Barcelona. It's called The Last Vecino and this year is living his musical consecration. His creative genius, Catalan Gerad Dòria Alegre is one more generation of nostalgia that lives the twenty-first century, and has a strong attachment to the composition of the past and its sweet melodies of the 80s.
The Last Neighbor bet on techno-pop dark, based on synthesizers and inspired by the new wawe eighties. All his conceptual and musical load is inspired by The Smiths, La Mode, Joy Division, Toyland, The Cure, Orange Juice, Family and The Last of the Row.
The solo project started by Gerard, who wrote, produced or suffered all songs to unimagined levels which released a cassette that managed to draw attention of the musical world and quickly became one of the best oddities of 2013.
In June of that same year, through the small Domestica Barcelona label, they released their first LP called "The Last Neighbor". Only 100 copies sold out quickly and was the revelation album of the year in the underground scene were made.

Musical maturity began arriving and the band has been honing its sound. Proof of this is his second album that took the March 2016 "Voices" is the confirmation of a band that is on the rise and is seen as the great hope of Spanish rock. His music contains an energy charge clothing sadness-happiness of an unhappy romantic. The album was released in digital and vinyl under the Canada and Social Club, home of alternative bands like Svper (formerly Pegavs), Extraperlo and Los Punsetes seal. Gerard Alegre Dòria and Guille Mustard have been responsible for recording and producing this work.
