After four years of silence, Cafe Tacuba is back with its simple A couple of places. Ruben Albarran, Joselo Rangel, Quique Rangel and Emmanuel del Real recorded in July the song in the studio Soga Recordings in Jiutepec, Morelos, with Luis Ledezma Children as guest drummer. American engineer Guzauski Nathan Mick (Michael Jackson, Daft Punk) was in charge of recording and mixing, and mastering was conducted by Tom Baker (Nine Inch Nails, Zoé). The piece is available on digital platforms and radio internationally. A few places is the first unreleased Cafe Tacuba since 2012, when they released their album The object formerly album, nominated for a Grammy for Best Latin Rock Album, Urban or alternative and awarded the Latin Grammy for Best Music Video long version. In total the original band suburb of Ciudad Satelite, Mexico, has been the recipient to five Latin Grammy.
