They have a couple of weeks elapsed since the VMAs were held, but still remembers what were their presentations. Especially the American duo The Chainsmokers, and not just because it was the best.

These guys have positioned themselves very well in the charts, in addition to making a name in the genre. #Selfie Creators have evolved in style and have now created something that according to them, many other artists are copying a bit. And so , after the hit single Closer, next to Halsey, Andrew Taggart and singer Alex Pall were invited to play live this during the presentation of the MTV VMAs last August 28.

The Chainsmokers is mainly engaged in music production, singing has never been the forte of any of its members. However, it fell to sing live and Andrew did not happen as expected. "It sounded like a sh ..." Taggart said in an interview for the magazine Billboard. "We were told that my voice would be well mixed, but had no effect reverb (to give you more depth) and was much noisier than the track for the transmission."

While many fans do not like their artists sing with her voiceover, or synchronizing their lips, Andrew confessed he could finally understand why they do it. "I was bound to fail. Most other people used lip-sync, and we knew that we had them in our ears. Now I know why they use lip-sync".
