Therefore, last week Forbes magazine published the list of the 10 highest paid DJ in the world with astronomical figures amounting to 63 million dollars annually.

King of electronics, Calvin Harris continues on the throne for the fourth consecutive year as the highest paid Dj. And no wonder, the Scottish working with the elite pop artists in the world as Rihanna, Kylie Minogue and Sophie Ellis-Bextor just to name a few.

The list was drawn up taking into account the data compiled by Nielsen (global company information and measurement, which provides market research, findings and information of what people see, hear and purchase), Songkick, Bandsintown, Pollstar and RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) and information provided by people closest to the Djs. The figures shown are net proceeds, without taxation, calculated from June 2015 to June 2016.
