The British band Oasis will release a special edition of his album "Be Here Now" next October 7 in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the start of the recordings of the original album at Abbey Road Studios in London. This would be the third remastering of his albums with Chasing The Sun project: 1993-1997. Previously they took "Definitely Maybe" (1994) and "(What's The Story) Morning Glory ? " (1995).
The album will be available on CD, vinyl and special edition CD Deluxe Box Set you CDs include a vinyl, a book, a vinyl with 14 live recordings recorded in the Caribbean, on the island of Mustique in 1996. In addition to a B - side singles, rarities, unreleased recordings and a recent mix of Noel Gallagher "D'You Know What I Mean?".
"I started to accept that the songs of" Be Here Now "are incredibly long ... too long! Someone suggested that we revise and remontáramos entire album of face to posterity, but only reached to do with the first topic" Noel Gallagher said.
The album was released in the heyday of the band and was recorded with producer Owen Morris at Abbey Road, Ridge Farm and Air between October 1996 and May 1997. It sold 700,000 copies in just three days and has the record to be the best-selling UK album so quickly. Today it has more than 8 million copies worldwide.
