Omar Rodríguez-López will release 12 new albums before the end of the year.

Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, better known as the guitarist of the acclaimed groups At the Drive-In and The Mars Volta, is also a prolific composer who has devoted himself to do different projects plus some soloists who have been quite eclepticos. But besides having become a successful tour with At the Drive-In (which has been affected by health problems singer Cedric Blixer-Zavala) it has stated that through Ipecac Records will release 12 new record labels plates solo that will be available only in digital and physical in their live performances.

Explains the songs were recorded between 2008 and 2013 time when he lived between El Paso, Texas and Zopopan, Mexico and albums take by name: Sworn Virgins hearts Blind Worns Pious Swine, Spiders in Sombrera, Umbrella Mistress, Good and Evil unites us, Cell Phone Bikini, Infinity Drips, Weekly Mansions, Zapopan, Nom De Guerre Cabal, Some neede It Lonely. First out will Sworns Virgins on July 15 and from there one published every two weeks until the release of Some Need It Lonely on 16 December.
