For a project called Under the Gun the band formed by Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart, The Kills brought together 15 of his most diehard fans (some of whom had never had any tattoos) with the promise "We'll be there. What we'll shoot. What we will photograph. And we pay for them "to collect all this material for the video to accompany the next single from her latest album Ash & Ice, Hard Habit to Break. Even an inch tattoos represent 13 symbols each associated with one of the songs completed 15 by the volcano and martini glass present on the album cover.
" It is essentially an art project , " said Mosshart (who is also part of The Dead Weather with Jack White) on the initiative adding "A short will be made and shown, when and where they see fit."
The Kills has just returned to the ring after five years in this Ash & Ice its fifth full - length that just came on June 3 and already have been promoting for some time.
