Izzy Stradlin guitarist and founding member of Guns N 'Roses and Matt Sorum, the drummer who was also part of the band at the time of Use Your Illusions have announced they were working together on a new theme for the solo project of Izzy as guitar and voice and Matt on drums in which also participated Babylon Tony on bass, guitarist Rick Richards of the group the Georgia Satellites and Damon Fox vocalist and keyboardist Bigelf. The theme entitled FP Money and will be released in the next month.
Izzy Stradlin announced the launch of the issue through his twitter account stating "Matt Sorum roads and crossed my starting this year and both agreed it would be fun to release a new song and see what we were getting." Meanwhile Sorum gave statements through facebook "Izzy Stradlin and I have collaborated on a new song he wrote called FP Money will come out in July everywhere." Addition to the announcement said " It was great to reconnect and do some rock and roll this great singer, composer and above all a great guy. Music by the love of music was very organic and fun. " Not without reason these last words of Matt Sorum and remember that Izzy Stradlin was the greatest composer of songs for the albums Appetite for Destruction and Use Your Illusions I and II time when you decide to leave Guns N 'Roses starting his solo career and with 11 albums to his credit.
Although Izzy has had some appearances surprises with Guns N 'Roses in March announced it would not join the meeting which is taking place this year while Sorum was not even called this meeting. Izzy also published a sample of the song in which a vibe of Southern Rock Blues very nearly the early 1980s is perceived.
