Ileana Cabra, from Calle 13 for the world

As everyone knows, the successful group Calle 13 decided to take a "break" last year for each of its members to fulfill their personal projects. Rene Perez (Residente) has been dedicated to travel the world in search of new sounds for his solo album. In turn, Eduardo Cabra (Visitor) has focused on the production of different musical ideas. Given all this only the sweet voice of the youngest of this trio of brothers, Ileana Cabra, which already has advance his solo project we have.

A few days ago, "iLe" released its first single called Cannibal to formalize his solo career, a theme that was accompanied by a music video showing interesting surreal images. As the talent takes him blood, the lyrics of this song is very powerful and metaphorical, with an invitation to "eat inside," kill fears so carnal, stop all sense of superiority, all pretense and vanity and, somehow, return to the purest state. In short, it is poetry made music.

" It was that long ago was spinning in my mind until the time came when I accepted the challenge and headed to shape this proposal. It has been an arduous process, but also one of the experiences that more I enjoyed. This production is a genuine expression of my emotions, ideas and creativity , "said the singer through a press release.

The issue involved the collaboration of Eduardo Cabra himself on the piano, Ismael Cancel (drummer Calle 13) and Argentine Guillermo Vadala on bass. On the other hand, the music video was directed by Juan Manuel Costa and production of The Birque Animations (Cordoba, Argentina). The promotional single titled disc is part of Ilevitable, which has not yet release date.
