The Lonely Island dazzled at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards

The American band consisting of Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone had a presentation at the last MTV Movie Awards 2016 where they performed a mix with the hits of Will Smith.

On the night of Sunday April 10th MTV Movie Awards they were held in the city of Burbank, California, where advances in some highly anticipated films like Suicide Squad, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Captain America were: Civil War. At the ceremony presentations Ariana Grande, Salt-N-Pepa and Halsey were as well as a rap between Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart on the best films of 2016 and the presentation of The Lonely Island with a medley of musical hits of great Will Smith.

The group created a rap-comedy funny potpourri Parents Just Do not Understand, Summertime, Gettin 'Jiggy with It and the songs of the Prince of Rap and Men In Black.

Currently, The Lonely Island is close to release his first movie called Popstar: Never Never Stop Stopping. Moreover, the actor Will Smith is working on an album after 10 years of absence, planning to meet with DJ Jazzy Jeff for a tour in summer. It is recalled that Smith collaborated with Bomba Estereo Remix Party in late last year.
