The prestigious Cirque du Soleil has filed a native of Memphis, Tennessee, Justin Randall Timberlake. As reported by the Canadian entertainment company, demand was executed for alleged plagiarism, ensuring that the star copied without any permission, parts of one of his songs on the familiar theme Do not Hold The Wall.
Song Timberlake, 35, appeared on his album entitled 20/20 experiencie, which sold over two million copies.
The lawsuit was filed in a court of New York City, claiming that the artist copied parts of Steel Dream theme pertaining to the album of 1997 Cirque du Soleil. For this charge, the organization calls a minimum of $ 800,000 in damages for violation of intellectual property.
