Egyptian Cotton and Gabylonia will be presented at the SXSW Festival 2016

The band Gabylonia Egyptian Cotton and will be responsible to represent Venezuela at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. The "South by Southwest" is an international event that brings together congresses and conferences films, interactive media and music, which takes place every spring in the Texas city of United States.

The Festival, held in one of the most important musical cities, has had the participation of important bands like Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, Jack White and many more, where the Venezuelan bands Viniloversus include, La Bohème Life and Famasloop.

Gabylonia is a rapper born in Caracas and already has a good international career, performing in countries like Spain, Chile, Peru and Cuba. It is defined as the "Rapera No. 1" throughout Latin America. He currently lives in New York and working on his new album. His first musical influence came from the sauce Hector Lavoe and later began listening genres like reggae and hip hop. "Abuse of Power" is one of the most famous videos of Gabylonia.

While Egyptian Cotton project, carried out by Ezequiel Bertho, better known as Cheky, has become one of the most innovative musicians in the country, thanks to the creative ability as a composer.
