Gallagher and Albarn covered Gorillaz live

60th birthday of former bassist of the British band The Clash, Paul Simonon was the perfect excuse for the British singer of the band Blur and subsequent creator of the musical project Gorillaz, Damon Albarn and former guitarist and bandleader Oasis, Noel Gallagher, come together to celebrate this date in style.

A set of songs from Gorillaz and The Clash were performed last December 14 by both artists, including noted Dare (Gorillaz) and The Guns of Brixton and Brand New Cadillac (The Clash).

It is not the first time Gallagher and Albarn come together to play together. In 2013 they performed at the Royal Albert Hall in London, alongside English singer - songwriter and guitarist of Blur, Graham Coxon band, and British singer-songwriter, Paul Weller, during the Teenage Cancer Trust.
