The flamboyant and renowned singer Björk arrived this 2015 with his eighth album "Vulnicura". The album is considered by many specialized media as one of the best albums of 2015 alternative rock, and though his departure came abruptly earlier this year after a leak online, Björk continues to offer project-related developments, such as an acoustic version which goes on sale soon and recently announced limited edition live.
The new album will consist of two discs that include seven themes of "Vulnicura" and seven of the highlights of his career, as "Wanderlust", "Al Neon Like" or "Mutual Core" songs. The edition of the new album will be limited and will feature seven songs from the large catalog of the singer and will be limited to 2,000 copies; thousand and thousand simple double discs, with four photographs. The official release date will be on December 4 through Rough Trade.
With the new album, Björk has been exploited until the last tone of their courts because under this name has released remixes, and even acoustic orchestral versions, but now Iceland is preparing the final details to release their live version.
This release featured the same mix of Björk and collaborators of the plate: Ark and The Haxan Cloak.
Through social networks, Björk describes is a "heartbreak album" with an "emotional chronology" which includes three pre-break and three subsequent songs.
"At first I was concerned that (the album) could be too self-indulgent, but then I realized that he did just that even more universal, so perhaps the songs could be helpful to others," says Björk.
