If there is only one real gentleman among the male singers on this planet, that would be Michael Bublé for one hundred percent. The Canadian at the age of 41 proves it again with his new album "Nobody but me" released in October this year.
The ninth studio album definitely deserves our attention. The album goes between the traditional pop and jazz genre with a total of 13 songs, which are presented in a 45 minutes of enjoyment!
The album starts with the pop song "I Believe in You" which has a great start with a beautiful Acoustic guitar and it is slowly building up the positive and cheerful energy. Right after that goes one classic from the early 60s called "My Kind of Girl" in the way of "how Bublé knows to do." Overall a spectacular arrangement and orchestra with the beautiful fluid tone of Michael Bublé. It continues to the Title track of the album, "Nobody But Me." The song is a pumping and a sticky tune that can sing in your head for days, I love it! The album continues with some incredible covers of "On an Evening in Roma" or "Sotter Celo de Roma" by Dean Martin, "The Very Thought of You," "My Baby Just Cares for Me." So at the very end, as a "cherry on top" there is the most emotional and touching song I find on the album, "God Only Knows" mainly accompanied by the piano, but also includes some string instruments. It is a very romantic and soulful choice, for the end of "Nobody But Me".
Michael Bublé since always had a perfect straightforward relationship with his audience, knowing every time what he needs to say and he makes it so easy and natural, but truly is a rear thing to see nowadays and is something to be admired for.
What I liked most about the album is that Michael Bublé brings again (as always) the charm and charisma of his Voice to it. Hat's off for the whole crew that worked there, including writers, orchestra, and the producers.
