Wet dream of your industrial dances and electronic emotions
As I look into a mirror I see myself clearly with all the good and bad things inside. I listen to Wet Dream by Karl Runau. It is like an epilepsy talking to me in a friendly manner. She does not want to hurt me. She does not want to poison me with an eternal love affair. She is just my friend sharing her secrets and dreams. Karl’s music is like a dreamy epilepsy.
Karl Runau is a German composer / electronic musician but he does not call himself a musician. He is just an experimentalist of sounds and your inner horrors. Synth images of the dark worlds are being drawn in a very accurate manner. You can see and touch the tiniest details of the unspoken horror from the darkest depth of one’s sub consciousness.
Distorted sounds are crawling like the electric snakes into your brain and you see pictures of the wet desires and madness. Screams and yelling make you feel uncomfortable in your own head.
Karl Runau is released by one of my most favorite labels GALAKTHORRÖ. He is not active as a musician anymore. He lives in a suburb of Munich and feels fine. Karl is family guy now and his releases are a treasure for all the musical maniacs around the world.
I’m sure you’ve got to find his albums and keep them in a dark safe place. These records are not for an everyday use. But they are one of those perfect keys to another worlds and dimensions you want to visit from time to time. Electronic phantasmagoria and epileptic mess of a person who once was a guide of the ritualistic sounds and showed us the way to the other worlds. Use it wisely and don’t get lost.
