Blake Shelton's latest release, A Guy with a Girl is actually about how he feels regarding his relationship with singer, and The Voice co-star, Gwen Stefani.  The song is the fourth release from Shelton's tenth album, If I'm Honest.  This single was released on September 26, 2016, written by Ashley Gorely and Bryan Simpson. A Guy with a Girl has also been well received by music critics and remains in the top forty on Hot Country stations across the United States.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Blake explains,  "  You know how it is, when you're in a supermarket or something with her (Gwen)-nobody notices me-she's GWEN STEFANI! "
