Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

My Name Is Edwin But My Artist Name Is "Reefa Chiefa" or "Reefa". I am a verstile artist & producer with Salvadoran descent. I started making music the at of 15 w using rap scheme storytelling while showcasing visual art.

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

This song was created and inspired by my everyday struggle of my life persuing the dream of becoming one of the greatest artist having the confidence to keep going leading and inspiring others who are like minded.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

Since I was 6 music was always something I connect with. It could be watching commercial or an anime like DBZ soundtracks or the music my parent would listen to music from 80-90s music to mixture of Bachata, Salsa, & Cumbia.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

I was 15 when I decided to persue music.

Answer:

Hip-Hop/Rap

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?

Answer:

It has mature for sure I have come a long way. You can hear the confidence in my vocals and the substance I speak on.

What themes do you explore throughout your music?

Answer:

I am a very elemental with my craft

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?

Answer:

It doesn't matter who as long as its genuine im chill If they smoke weed its a plus

How would you describe your favorite artist's music to someone who has never heard them before?

Answer:

One of the best to do it. Im a big Nas Fan

Answer:

Motivational I speak from the heart and soul so you know there substance in my music.

If you could attend a performance by any artist, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?

Answer:

I've attended many concerts. I enjoy anything thats very energetic

What is the strangest place where you have discovered a new song?

Answer:

Eating out.

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?

Answer:

My latest EP "Recharged" has some of my favorite songs i have recently made just because the space I was in when I was creating it. But my very favorite song isnt out just yet it will be on next album called "All Out" I dedicate it to my kids

If you could only listen to three artists for the rest of your life, who would you choose and why?

Answer:

I would listen to Nas, linkin park, & myself. A newer artist ive been enjoying other than myself is Don Toliver. I feel we connect with the energy I align with.

What does your dream performance look like?

Answer:

Good question I guess anywhere the fans at the show watching knows word by word the songs i'm performing.

Who is your dream artist or musician to collaborate with?

Answer:

I'm a big fan of music that it really doesnt matter Im open to collabs as long as it genuine

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?

Answer:

I want them to feel motivated inspired and understanding we all in this together no matter what its never too late to accomplish and live your dreams.
