We are excited to share Veon Sneeks' new track "Better Me"! Our goal at SongBlog is to highlight outstanding new music and give you a peek at the artist’s world behind the music. In this blog we get a chance to sit down with Veon Sneeks to learn all about the inspiration, concepts, and creative energy that it took to create and produce "Better Me". We hope you enjoy and please feel free to ask Veon Sneeks anything!
Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

Veon Sneeks creates music that lives at the crossroads of struggle, soul, and self-growth. Inspired by artists like Nipsey Hussle, he blends raw hip-hop storytelling with the warmth of acoustic guitar and heartfelt emotion. His sound carries truth — the kind that speaks to pain, progress, and purpose — reminding listeners that every setback is fuel for the comeback.

His latest track, “Better Me,” is a reflection of that journey — a personal conversation about accountability, healing, and becoming stronger through adversity. It’s about facing your flaws, staying grounded, and finding hope in the grind. For Veon Sneeks, music isn’t just a passion — it’s a mission to inspire others to rise, keep pushing, and continue the marathon toward their own better selves.

“I wrote Better Me when life felt heavy, but I knew I couldn’t stay down. It’s a reminder that growth starts with honesty — even when it hurts — and every setback is fuel for a comeback.”
