Rick Lancaster Perspective on Gotta Follow Through

I was playing piano at 6 yrs old, so I would have to say I have always been listening to music and writing.

This is a contemporary christian piece, with a pop vibe

I tend to write contemporary christian pop, country and pop mostly. But occasionally I get an urge to do some jazz or blues.

Long Long Road is about the journey of my life in relationships and how I have finally found my own heaven in my wife. She is the true love of my life and we met later on in our lives. My journey has been long, but I am close to my self fulfillment with Beth.

relaxed, joyful and engaged!

In-touch, caring, compassionate

When I see the joy on my wife's face when she realizes this amazing love song is about her

To share my life experiences, my mind and my soul with the world thru music.

Comforting, relaxing and passionate music with a message. All of my songs teach a lesson or tell a story. I use music to tell the story of my life and my experiences.

I spent many years in deep reflection and spiritually growing. My music has transitioned to more of a country flare lately, with a lot of anthem style songs. The country is a mess, we are a mess, and we need to all be ready to stand up for what we believe in. I like to think I can rally the troups with my music.
