What is your overarching goal as an artist?

Answer:

I want to get my music heard around the world.

Do you have one main reason driving you to continue making music?

Answer:

Because I love music

Do you practice? How has your practice changed over time?

Answer:

I start practicing a few weeks before a booked performance. The only thing that changed over time is that I actually schedule practice.

What is the most significant lesson you've learned through being an artist?

Answer:

It's work at the end of the day and you only get out what you put in.

What role do you believe the artist has in our society?

Answer:

Artist are the people influence everyday people.

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?

Answer:

I want people to vibe and enjoy the season

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?

Answer:

I don't have a favorite song. Each song I create is my favorite at the time.

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?

Answer:

It's like late 2000's, to early 2010's sound but modernized for todays lister

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?

Answer:

Glorilla because she fine

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?

Answer:

Everything I create feels natural and I learnd to give my ears a break and come back to tracks with a fresh perspective.

Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

I have my own company called Sinista Music Group LLC. Sinista Music Group is an independent label founded by me, Sinista. I'm on a mission to elevate artists from Chicago and beyond. I released my latest single "Summer Time Chi". Summer Time Chi is a vibey, soulful anthem that pays homage to the energy of Chicago summers.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

Growing up I remember my sister and older cousins listening to R& B and Hip Hop
