I’m Edgy L — a music producer, songwriter, and DJ blending deep house, indie dance, and late-night electronic textures. My work is about creating emotional escape routes for listeners — electric soundscapes you can feel and move to.
“Midnight Thoughts” was born from real-life tension — the kind you feel when friendship flirts with something deeper. My background growing up between contrasting cultures and later living in the UK gave me the emotional contrast I needed to shape that tension sonically.
My first vivid memory is hearing trance anthems blasting from a neighbor’s garage in the late ’90s. I had no idea what those sounds were, but they made me feel like time stopped. I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
After playing my first live gig in TV show something clicked. I realized music wasn’t just a passion — it was a language I wanted to speak fluently and share.
This release floats between indie dance, deep house, and pop electronica — danceable, moody, and emotionally rich.
I’ve gone from progressive house and melodic deep house into more indie and vocal-driven styles. The emotional weight is still there, but now I let lyrics carry more of the storytelling.
Probably Fred again.. because he brings raw intimacy into big-room energy, which is something I deeply admire and aim to channel myself.
