Phelix Wonder Perspective on Face of the Deep

I'm Phelix Wonder. I create meditation and Lofi music. I create music for meditation, focus, sleep, and manifestation.

I loss my dad on December 31, 2010. I watched him take his last breath and it was a spiritual and supernatural experience for me. When he took his last breath I witnessed a glow on him and a slight smile with his eyes closed but his eyebrows raised as if he was looking directly into a ray of light. It was confirmed in my spirit that my dad had entered into heaven. Although it was a peaceful and amazing experience, I still never fully grieved. Since then, for 10 years, I had a lot of loss of close friends and loved ones. Each experience I never fully grieved the loss.
Then in 2018, I began to have anxiety attacks. The attacks were scary. I thought that I was going to die. The anxiety affected my health. I developed GERD, I had several upper endoscopy procedures, and each time nothing was discovered. In 2019, I heard a voice from God and He told me to start creating meditation music. Before then, I had been a producer for 15 years, producing the likes of Monica, Traci Braxton, and many other artists as well as TV and movie placements. But God wanted me to create music for those who needed some peaceful, spiritual, and a sound that soothes the soul.
I created my first album, Face of the Deep, in 2020. I didn't know that during the pandemic I'd be releasing music that was needed during that time. The song "Face of the Deep" is a song that speaks to being in the space of the Creator where you are able to align yourself with God and let out your own creation. It's purpose is to open your creative mind and release what's inside of you. When you listen to this song you reach your full creative potential and you walk away feeling highly productive.

After the release of Face of the Deep, I began to get into Lofi beats. It resonated with me because I am a beat creator coming from the Hip-hop, R&B, and Gospel world. I love rhythm, very unique chord progressions, and catchy melodies. So I then began to create Lofi because it allowed me to be myself and still create music for meditation, focus, sleep, and manifestation.
