My name is M.D.O.T.T. (Memphis.Dealing.Out.The.Trunk.). I'm an artist (rapper) from the south. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN but have been living in Jackson, MS. for several years now honing in in my artistry. I write all of my own lyrics.

My sound and style has evolved immensely since the death of my daughter 3 years ago. Music and creating is what saved me. I was lost until a friend of mine came to me and said "I have a song that I want you on", it was a song about our lost love ones entitled "Missing You". So, this prompted me to start writing more songs about and for my daughter every death anniversary and her birthday that follows 3 months later. So now most of my songs are heartfelt and emotional. But, I still create more uptempo tracks about other topics and subjects.
