I am a music fan that makes music
I am a huge fan of funk music. It has touched everything i do musically, even when it's not evident. but in this case, the influence is right in your face.
I have a memory of being about 4 or 5 years old, in the backseat of my mom's car singing along to Prince's "Erotic City." if you know the song, you know it's not what you'd expect a 5 year old to be signing along to.
It was a progression for me. As a teenager, I started "making beats," with whatever peice of equipmetn i coud get. I would stedily improve my gear, I had always written songs, but never thought about performimng them myself. unitl I just started doing it.
Hip Hop, and maybe funk
It came back. by that I mean I went about 5 years without making music at all. until about 3 years ago when then gate just opened creatively, and I started making music again.
I typically just go with what ever the track makes me go to. I often will ask people to challenge me to write about a subject. I have sexual songs, social songs, songs about music, songs about love, breakup songs, personal songs. I try to do it all.

A multi genred
Hard to do, i try not to do similar things, unless it's part of a theme i create. but i do have funk influences, my rapping i feel i approach more from a songwritting point of view, than trying to be an MC... im a rapper songwriter.
I have a song on the only album I released called "Pretty With No Make Up." I just always liked the feel of the song, and the topic is something I like. I am actually planning on re recording it, kind of fixing little things about it I want to fix, and re release it as a single.

Prince: My favorite artist, but also is mult genred, so there is variety, and he has so much music to choose from having 40 studio albums and posthemusly released music.
The Beatles: becuase its the beatles
Miles Davis: same with prince a lot of music in a lot of jazz genres.
Not Particularily sure I have one. I think just performing in front of crowd with a good vibe, who enjoys what I am perfomring.
Not sure exactly, hopefully my little song brings some entertainment to the listener.
