I'm Curtis Worgan. I'm a non-binary singer and songwriter from the UK.

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

I've been in many a relationship. Most of which have been described by outsiders as toxic. But I would consantly fall for the same type of harsh, ruthless, cruel people who hurt me. I knew it was bad for me, but I was addicted, hence this song exists.
