My background is Hispanic. I grew up in the Bronx in New York City. The section of the Bronx I lived in was a multicultural neighborhood so I grew up seeing people becoming friends with neighbors Who were Of many ethnicities. So I grew up being tolerant of most people.

My earliest memories Of listening to music was probably around age 2. My parents were music lovers and collected albums of many genres and played their records constantly.

I grew up in a family that had musicians, dancers and performers. So by the time I was 14 I decided I wanted to follow in their footsteps. I chose the Drums and to sing. By the time I was in high school at age 16, I put together my first real band made up of my friends and Classmates. We started to write our own songs and I got my band signed to a small independent label in Manhattan we recorded our first single at electric lady Studios in New York City. It was in the disco genre. We ended up having a billboard magazine, hot, 100 hit. The song also became listed at billboards end of year Essential disco discs of 1976.

My current single sad, sad sister sister fits into the world, music Brazilian fusion smooth, jazz genre.

Sergio Mendes, Carlos Santana, Quincy Jones

I have written over 100 songs over the years so picking just one to be my favorite is sort Difficult.

A performance by an artist who are no longer with us that I would love to have seen would be Miles Davis and Ella Fitzgerald. Both are considered to be pioneers of their genres.

I would love to have collaborated with Stevie Wonder because he is a great fan and loves Brazilian music.

feel good Music

I would want people to feel happy, emotional, joyous, and wonderment

My favorite way to share my music is through live performance with my band. It's the best way to connect with my audience in life situations.

As an artist, I measure my success by my connection to my audience and how they interpret my music or if I might make people forget their problems when listening to me.

I was the stage manager at the world famous Copacabana nightclub in New York City. I also worked for the New York Yankees in ticket sales and reservations.

My goal is to reach my audience. Bring them joy, peace of mind and happiness through my music.
