How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

I've been writing songs since childhood. My brother and I would go on long walks or hikes and a way to pass the time was to make up songs. We did sing some of them as kids at various churches, but it was just about having fun.

As an adult I was a worship leader at a very small church in the area and it rekindled my live if songwriting. After the pandemic and other health issues I found that writing new songs was quote therapeutic. So I decided to release some if my work for others ti enjoy.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

I was raised in a musical family. My grandfather could okay any stringed instrument and did so very well. My dad had some talent but he just pkayed for family. I have a cousin who was a Country music recording star with a few hits. 

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

This song is inspired by the life of Christ. The album, "Greatest Story" chronicles His life through 15 original songs. The genre would be Contemporary Christian, and related genres.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

I don't think I really ever decided that. It is a hobby that is starting to develop as something more.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

Steven Curtis Chapman. He is my wife's all-time favorite. 

What is the strangest place where you have discovered a new song?
Answer:

In the hospital getting ready for emergency surgery. I composed a song in my head that would help calm me down. That song, "At Heaven's Gate" is on an earlier album that is also available on all streaming services. The album is called "Journey of Faith".

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

I want them to feel free to worship and be uplifted by my words 

What role do you believe the artist has in our society?
Answer:

Thebartist's role is to bring happiness, peace, and joy to the listeners. My goal is to make somebody going through difficult times feel calm and tranquility.

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

I love to share with my friends and family by using online streaming platforms or customized cd's for in the car or office.
