I have a unique career, which is challenging to articulate concisely, because of the variety of experiences I have had in my professional life.

I have had a career spanning many years in the music business working for Leber-Krebs Management, covering a wide variety of aspects from Artist Management, Production Manager, Tour Manager, and to name a few, Chumbawamba, Richie Sambora, Irene Cara, Celtic Frost, and many more.

Also I was the Studio Manager (Electric Lady Studios) the Guitar Technician, for Motorhead, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, my work included tour budgeting and implementing world wide tours.At Pacific Studios in Hong Kong, our mission is to provide a comfortable and inspiring space where creativity flourishes. How Music Can Help with Stress and Anxiety. – A Perspective from The KLB Band 

“Life comes at you fast — and sometimes, it feels like the noise never stops. But when the chaos gets too loud, music, but music has always been a powerful escape — a way to reset, reconnect, and find peace.

Listening to music or creating it allows people to tap into emotions that are hard to put into words. The KLB Band knows this well. As a rock band, we’ve seen firsthand how music has the power to shift the energy in a room, calm racing thoughts, and even spark moments of joy and clarity.  Creating music is more than just writing lyrics or playing chords — it’s therapy. When we’re working on a new song, there’s a release that comes with putting emotions into sound. The process of creating, whether it’s finding the right riff  or crafting a melody , allows us to channel feelings of anxiety into something meaningful. For us, it’s like taking chaos and turning it into art.  That’s the magic of music — it transforms tension into harmony. Even during difficult times, writing and performing gives us a sense of control and a way to process emotions in a healthy, creative way.
