 Dennis Marcotte Producer.

I have a unique career, which is challenging to articulate concisely, because of the

variety of experiences I have had in my professional life.

However what is consistent, is my loyalty, hard work, dedication, and to always an asset and a team player.

I worked for Leber-Krebs Management in NYC, my time working for Leber-Krebs Management, covered a wide variety of aspects from Artist Management,  Production Manager, Tour Manager, working for bands and artists such as, Aerosmith,Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, Motorhead, The Scorpions, MSG The Michael Schenker Group, Chumbawamba, Richie Sambora, Trans Siberian Orchestra, The Smiths, Celtic Frost, Fresh Fest and many more. My work included tour budgeting and implementing world wide tours.

Also I was a Studio Manager at Electric Lady Studios.

However what is consistent, is my loyalty, hard work, dedication, and to always be an asset and a team player.

What is the most memorable response you've had to your work?
Answer:

I have had a few very highly respected people that have been in the industry for decades, John Luongo a producer and studio engineer for the some the world best bands, and Tony Powers who is a well established musician and actor. He was in Goodfellas. Both of them took the time to comment on songs I posted and basically both of them loved the music and even the production of the songs.

What jobs have you done other than being an artist?
Answer:

I was a tour manager for many rock bands that were managed by the people I worked for, David Krebs and Steve Leber, some of the artist I toured with were, Chumbawamb, Richie Sambora (solo tour) the BonJovi guitarist. Aerosmith, The Scorpions, Motorhead, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, and many more.

Has being an artist made your life lonely? How do you counteract this?
Answer:

I do not feel alone when I am writing or recording, or even doing mixes for other bands, because you get so immersed in what you are doing that you just lose track of time. So being so focused you don't feel alone because the project I am working on does not let me think about being alone. There are times when I would like to do more work with people with me, and not just on the phone or online.

What is your overarching goal as an artist?
Answer:

I would like to have an already famos band, do a version of one of my original songs.
