Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

Hello I'm a artist out of the Bay area born and raised in California influenced by, older generation of artists coming out of Motown, I am a registered behavioral technician by trade working with special needs children and adults with autism music has been a passion of mine and I Do It For the Love of it. Thank you for listening

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

This particular song is about a relationship I'm currently in I'm speaking to my girlfriend I've been dealing with for over 9 years all my music expresses personal experiences

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

My earliest memory is being an elementary school singing Michael Jackson beat It song, I was always listening to his music as well as Diana Ross and I got into the Motown sound because my mother would play a lot of Gladys Knight in the pips.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

I had a conversation with God, I literally said I love music so much but I don't know how to write can you please teach me how to write music. And one day in my twenties I had a dream that I was creating a song. And one particular night I remembered that dream and I woke up writing down those words and ever since then I've been hearing lyrics so I credit God he gave me the gift of writing to unleash the gift of music that he placed in me

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

I believe this song is a hip hop R&B feel type of song I love R&B but I find myself rapping a little bit more trying to perfect the wrapping gift trying to become a full artist not just a singer but also a lyricist

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

I believe it has grown in many different ways I grew up at R&B artist gospel music singer influenced by a lot of gospel artists as well as R&B artists but as I got older I began to get influenced by rap music so my style is a combination of soul R&B and rap

What themes do you explore throughout your music?
Answer:

All my music is mainly about love and relationship everything I'm going through in life and I'm passionate about I put in my music and I'm mostly singing about love and relationship and a disappointments sometimes you can face in relationships I put all my frustrations all my happiness everything I feel I put in a music

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

It probably be Chaka Khan, Diana Ross, Jennifer Hudson, I would love to be around these people to learn from them I have always had a passion to be in a girls group I love the sounds of Harmony because I grew up in church singing in a choir but those are the artists I could think of right now there's so many you can't name them all

How would you describe your favorite artist's music to someone who has never heard them before?
Answer:

I will describe it as soulful passionate and relatable I would say the beat hits hard you will really enjoy the message of the songs,

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

I would say man my music slap I enjoy it if nobody else enjoys it I enjoy it but it's relatable, you will definitely catch a Vibe listening to it, every beat I sing on is handpicked by me. 

If you could attend a performance by any artist, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

Definitely I would love to experience seeing Michael Jackson, just a level of professionalism and him as an artist I would have loved to see that up close Diana Ross, Diana Ross and Michael Jackson were the main two artists I listened to as a child who influenced me and stood out to me and I would have loved and would love to meet them

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?
Answer:

Honestly I love all my songs, music is my therapy and every song that I wrote got me through something and if anybody could can connect to my music it's me it was made for me it was made by me I'm just honored if anybody else can connect to it and enjoy listening to it it's a blessing

If you could only listen to three artists for the rest of your life, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

Luther vandross, Kem, and Jennifer Hudson Luther vandross I chose him because he's a ballader he's saying balance of love and that's the kind of music I would love to make the artist  k e m, things about love as well in relationship mature type of love. I will choose Jennifer Hudson because her voice the way she sings the passion she puts in her voice to express the song is amazing to me I could listen to her everyday

What does your dream performance look like?
Answer:

My dream performance would be in a group of dynamic voices expressing and performing awesome songs but awesome harmonies and everyone showcase their voice throughout the songs and We Vibe and connect as a group that would be the perfect performance for me

Answer:

Michael Jackson, New edition, Jennifer Hudson, Chaka Khan, Usher, Chris Brown

What is the strangest place where you have discovered a new song?
Answer:

At work talking to a client

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

Feel the message Vibe with what I'm saying and how I'm expressing it let it speak to you move you encourage you identify or sympathize with the song and the message

What three words would you want your fanbase to use to describe you?
Answer:

This artist is very passionate, I love the message of her song, and say man that beat slap

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

I love to share it on a personal level I like it when people are surprised when they find out I do music after getting to know me in different ways I get the surprise them when we get a little bit personal and share one of my passions in life which is my music that's how I love to share it when is very personal on a personal level

Do you practice? How has your practice changed over time?
Answer:

Yes I used to practice all the time when I first started before I get to the studio I would already know the song so it wouldn't take me long to sing it down as I've gotten older and life has taken up most of my time other things in life I don't get to practice as much I'm not as detailed as I would like to be but the passion and the love is still there

What is the most memorable response you've had to your work?
Answer:

People tell me they like my music all the time and here and there I'll get someone that would say oh please send me that but I want to get to the point where once you hear my song it becomes a part of your playlist

What is your definition of success as an artist? How do you measure this success?
Answer:

Success to me is what I'm doing now once I learn how to write my own music and express myself the way I want to express myself is through song I have succeeded my music is not about fame or Fortune it's a passion it's my therapy and if someone likes it that's even a plus

How do you plan on being a game-changer within your genre?
Answer:

I don't plan on becoming a game changer I do this music for the love it's just one way I love to express myself

What role do you believe the artist has in our society?
Answer:

Artists are healers, music is a very powerful tool I believe we're supposed to use it to heal to encourage to motivate to support music is universal it touches everyone I use my music for good and not for evil

Name a song that best represents success to you, and why?
Answer:

I love Beyonce's song called Love On top it describes me

If you could alter the music industry in any way, what would you change and why?
Answer:

I will change the way some companies have been controlling artists and just allow the artist to be who they are with no stipulations or other motives I feel like they got in the way from the simple art of music and expression and song and greed has taken over and manipulation and pride just allow the artist to express their gifts

Do you have one main reason driving you to continue making music?
Answer:

Music is my therapy
