Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

I am an independent artist coming out of the bayarea California. I just dropped a hot new single "Pull Up Slapping" off my upcoming album entitled "In Search Of The Golden Pen" which will be dropping April, 1st 2025

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

Well growing up in Oakland Ca, thats what we did. All the cool guys had old school cars with 4x15 speakers in the trunk of the car and when turned up it would have the trunk rattling. I remember my sisters boy friend pulling up to my house with his music blasting to pick me up for school. I could always tell when he was coming because I was able to hear him coming down the block with his music blasting and would have it playing loud all the way to school. I remember my friend saying to me; Hey you always pulling up slapping when you come to school.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

After winning my high school talent show i decided that writing/perfoming music is what i really have a passion for.

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

Hip Hop/Rap/party/fun/ dance music/positive

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

My earliest memory of listening to music is when i was arond the age of 10yrs old waking up to my dad blasting The O'Jays, The Temtations and the Four Tops. I also remember my mom blasting Anita Baker and Luther Vandross alot.

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

I have learned how to not curse as much and put words that fit in its place and I also got more positive in my music and I'm working with better producers and engineers.

What themes do you explore throughout your music?
Answer:

The themes I use are Positivity, Fun, Uplifting woman, Stuggles, Triumphs, God.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

I could go on tour with E-40 or Jay Electronica my music fits both of there themes.

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

I would tell them that my music is positive, fun and lyrical with banging beats.

If you could attend a performance by any artist, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

I would of have loved to been able to see a Tupac Shakur performance because he/hismusic was a big part my my youth growing up.

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?
Answer:

My favorite song has not been recored yet.

How would you describe your favorite artist's music to someone who has never heard them before?
Answer:

I would tell them to litesn to Black Thought from the roots because he a tremendous rapper and he speaks the truth with knowledge and you can learn from his music.

If you could only listen to three artists for the rest of your life, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

Black Thought from the Roots, Jay Electronica and Planet Asia. All 3 of these rappers have unique styles and they are always on the positive side of the music indusrty and they uplift and teach the listener and we all believe in Allah (swt).

What does your dream performance look like?
Answer:

My dream performace is sharing the stage with my fellow artist that i rap with during packed superbowl haftime show.

Who is your dream artist or musician to collaborate with?
Answer:

Jay Electronica or Black Thought

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

I want them to feel comfort and feel like they have found something real that they can depend on when they want to hear good music.

What three words would you want your fanbase to use to describe you?
Answer:

Positive, Real and Fun

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

Through social media and threw distribution companies.

Do you practice? How has your practice changed over time?
Answer:

Yes i practice i've been writing on my free time more.

What is the most memorable response you've had to your work?
Answer:

last week some one texted me saying; Bro I love our new song "Pulling up Slapping" this song slaps in my car.
