DNapper Perspective on Play It Back DJ

I am Drum'ma Napper (DNapper.) I am an artist/producer/recording engineer, president of Apprentice Ent. I am fully responsible for music releases, content, and operations of Apprentice Ent. I am from Milwaukee,Wi born and raised, I founded Apprentice Ent. 2008. Started of as an underground record label, has since evolved into a full entertainment company. Doing business as a production company, marketing company, and publishing company. All under the parent company of Apprentice Trading LLC.

I started as a producer, so I created Play It Back DJ from scratch. My love for music and nightlife started early—I went to my first house party at 12, a teen club at 15, and straight into the club scene at 21. Since I never went to college, I was always partying with the generation above me, which shaped my perspective. At 21, I wrote this record to celebrate hip-hop culture, dance culture, and the DJs who keep the energy alive, all while making sure the women who love nightlife feel entertained.

This record is a high-energy blend of hip-hop and dance culture, designed to bring the party to life. It’s a mix of hard-hitting beats, catchy melodies, and feel-good vibes that celebrate nightlife, DJs, and the people who love to move.
