Terence Young NOW Perspective on How You Gonna (MAGA)

I am Terence Young NOW, a musician, Keynote Concert Artist and Transformational Speaker based out of Tampa, Fl. 

This is definitely a song that touches on my Rap/Hiphop and R&B roots. I'm old school so when I tallk about my favorite rappers I refer to guys like LL Cool J and Rakim and Nas. 

I don't have just one favorite but this song "How You Gonna (MAGA)" is very special to me because the lyrics are speaking about what's going on in our country right NOW. I am very passionate about srtanding up for marginalized groups and supporting them against a regime that wants to make them dissapear. 

I want people to feel inspired and empowered that they have the power within them to make a change. We have to stop waiting for someone else to do it. We have to be the change we want to see in the world. 

Paramore! They are my favorite group by far and with all they've been through over the years I know I could learn so much from them. Working with them would be amazing and I even wrote a song about that called "Dream - The Paramore Song."

Artist are the catalyst to get the conversation started to make changes in our world as they shape the opinions of others. Look at what Stevie Wonder did with Happy Birthday. With his song he started the campaign to have Dr. Martin Luther KLing Jr.'s birthday be celebrated as a national holiday and NOW  today we celebrate that holiday nationally every year. Artist are here to change minds, change hearts and ultimately change the world.
