Who are you and what do you do?

Answer:

Joe Rian and the AM Drinkers play roughed-up alt-country and roots rock with elements of blues and folk. As a songwriter, Rian pulls from five decades of life experience and performs blistering live sets with his old pro band The AM Drinkers.

How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

being a Country kid I grew up with dirtbikes and working on farms as a young kid for money. The quest of all young men coming of age are girls, in this case..the farmers daughter.

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

When I won an autographed guitar by Jeff BEck and Stevie Ray Vaughn

Answer:

We are pitched on radio as Alternative Country

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?

Answer:

Hillbilly bands in my parents basement bar

Answer:

Themes that are identifiable by most regular, working class people

Like they are sitting in their favorite tavern hearing a kick ass band in the corner
