JayDabz Perspective on Step in

My name is Kyle Accardo otherwise known as "JayDabz" im a 24 year old independent music artist. I started making music in 2021 when i was still finding myself. Music is my passion and my escape from reality if i need a break.

Everyday is a struggle in my life so i try to find the positives of life while speaking of my real life situationos, and the grief or knowledge its caused me.

I'm not sure specifically but i am sure ive been listening to music as long as ive been able to speak and stand... maybe even before then.

In late March of 2021 i expressed my passion for music and the fact that i always wish i could make my own music to my best friend Inky Steve whom pushed me to learn everything i could about it and then give it a try, and so i did and my first song was released in April of 2021. In 2024 i took an 8 month break from music in which i wasn't sure if i would be returning to music but i couldn't stay away from it.

This song is a chill melodic vibe such as chill-hop, lo-fi, and/or hip-hop.

My mixing and vocals have been getting better every single song i make, as well as writing comes easier.

I try to sing, rap, and harmonize alot but i am open to learning more ofcourse.

I would love to tour with techn9ne because he is so positive, energetic and just a great lyricist. Techn9ne feels every word that he sais and that can respect highly.

I don't necessarily have just one favorite artist because theres so much music i like.

My music is an unmatchable source of passion, pain and positivity. I would say all artists have inspirations but i don't feel my music fits any other artist template such as a copycat.

My overreaching goal is to positively impact people whom have had to go through similar life experiences or situations with no clue how to handle or feel about it. If i could help just one person have a better or easier life than i have done my job.

Life without is music tough, it is a major outlet for thousand of people.

Have patience talent isn't perfected in hours.

Chris Webby, Tupac, and Brotha Lynch Hung

anything i can feel coming from the soul not jus words read off a page with no emotion.

My favorite piece of work is a song coming out tomorrow called "K and G" about my siblings!

Being open to new styles of art is a must if your gonna be a creator.

In a way being a artist is lonley yes, because you spend alot of time making your art whilst simultaneously being broke because instramentals and collabs aren't cheap. Only pursue music if you have the time and will.

I don't have any other passions aside from making my family happy and that doesn't affect my music.

I've worked as a carpenter, a sales associate, fast food worker, a Mechanic, and a Harobed operator in previous years. I've also worked in the underground cannabis community as door security, and i have my own small business called "K and S Sand Blasting". I am currently a homeschool teacher for my best friends childeren and that supports my lifestyle allowing me to pursue music.

I would get rid of all the mumble rap and artists who say the same shit in every song with no substance to it. Can anyone make a song not about guns, drugs, women, and violence?

I have trouble remembering my lyrics at times because all the things i feel are more important to remember.

Knowing that anyone could recognize you and wish harm upon you because they disagree with your freedom of speech and expression.

"Best That I Can" by C-Mob is a great example of a song that i consider to represent success because he wants to be the best he can no matter what it is he is doing an that is just all around respectable.

I believe artists should play the role of Positive Role Models for our youth becasue we have so many examples of bad influences with good moments, now wheres the good influences that have bad moments?

I plan on being myself and if that makes me a game changer thats amazing, but i am still working on my goals, and plan for greatness.

I would love to go to a Tupac show during the "Until The End Of Time" album preformance.

My favorite song is a song called "K and G" it will be released on the 21st and its about my siblings, it was a very emotional project made for them.

I would listen to Tupac, Caleborate, and Brotha Lynch Hung.

My dream preformance is to preform for my childeren if i ever have any!

Theres no bad place to find new music, but on the toilet.

I would love to collab wiht Caleborate because we have a similar sound and style as well as i can heavily relate to his music alreaady.

I want people to feel positive energy with every word... if yoou can't feel it i must not have made it for your enjoyment but every type of song has a fanbase somewhere.

I share my music mostly on Ig to preview snippets of my newest works.

My fans would describe me as Driven, Passionate, Clever

I practice alot more now than i used to and it is important to practice so u can memorize your lyrics and focus on sounding the best you can not focusing on trying to remember your lines.

I had a fan reach out to me on IG to tell me he really hopes i continue to make music because it exactly what he was looking for and that he can relate in his own ways!

Success isn't always measured in dollars i messure it lessons, if taught anyone how they can cope with or deal with thier own similar situations then i've succeeded in my eyes.
