No fumar Imani Perspective on Clap for Him

I'm an engineer and producer.  Who in the last two years started to make his own music. Since I was Done with my time in the military I decided to take music seriously and recently moved to Atlanta in pursuit of a different sound.

I've always been a hard working person. People will take from you and never say thank you or extend a hand in return. I felt that so heavy, I turned it into a song

I remember being five and hearing Micheal Jackson for the first time. After that, it was a wrap. I put on small concerts for my family at the house and even copied his dance moves.

Over the last three years I've tried to hone in on an original sound. At the studio it seemed every artist I worked with was chasing someone else's sound. I wanted to find my own and I believe I did. I hope they love it

I try to accurately portray the life, struggles, and triumphs of being a black man in America. Me being from a small town, and how dramatic the leap from small town to big city loving can impact a person. I also try to give perspective on how to change your circumstances despite all the obstacles you face
