Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

I'm Megan and I'm currently studying to become a film director, with plans to use my own music and songs in the films I direct.

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

I picked this hauntingly beautiful acoustic ballad, to sing and perform, because it relates to me and so many others who are suffering around the world.

It's also my alternative version of a happy Christmas song, and a tribute to all those suffering sadness in some way over this Christmas period.

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

Most acoustic ballads get closely linked or matched with indie-folk or acoustic pop and even singer songwriter.

The genre for 'ALL I WANT' is a combination of those plus a few others, like acoustic soul and alternative.

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

I blend elements of indie-pop, indie-folk and alternative pop to create my own unique sound and style of alternative music.

Answer:

Themes of sadness, longing and self-disçovery, as I know many of my supporters or listeners, can or do relate to one or more of those 3 themes.

Answer:

What jobs have you done other than being an artist?
Answer:

In between music and my studies I also do voluntry support work at a local mental health hospital, I help to support 10 beautiful women that have no one in their life's, but they have eachother and the support staff, and they do recieve the most incredible care.

I cry everytime I have to leave them!
