Jah Allah Perspective on Faded No More

A goal of mine is to create music that can support my family in every way, whether that be financially, physically, emotionally etc., to be a branch and a part of the culture, and to establish a name that's always in the room even when I'm dead and gone.

Honestly, it is therapy for me. I have a dramatic life; I didn't grow up the best environment and sometimes I feel trapped in my own life. So, I created a small space (a home studio) where I can truly feel free and be myself. It helps me escape reality and come back with something that lasts forever.

I have learned that there are numerous balances required to become a great artist; one must be a somewhat selfish giving, introverted yet extroverted individual

When I heard my first real recorded song, we recorded it at one of my friend's houses. I didn't think much of it at first, but about a week after we recorded it, the engineer sent it back to one of my friends We all sat in the living room and listened to it, and it was so good that we replayed it several times. That's when I decided to artist. Before that, I felt like I didn't have any hope, my life was just existing like everybody else's, so I guess it gave me a sense of purpose.
