I'm Osele. Just Osele.

I'm from Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. I began pursuing music seriously in 2021 here in Queens, New York, but i've always been surrounded by music since i was young. it's an integral part of my identity.

Growing up in a vibrant musical environment, singing in a mass church choir and all, i started writing songs and experimenting with sounds. My friends who became family, gidiboyangel and gidiboybenjy pushed me to eventually start recording and finding my sound.

My main goal is to join the movement in elevating african cuiture and promote messages of love, unity, and hope. i want to inspire the next generation through my art.

The connection with my people is what i value most. It's incredibly fulfilling to see people resonate with my music and experience the emotions behind it. performing live on stage is an indescribable feeling that brings me immense joy. I make music because it's my passion and my way of expressing my truth. it allows me to share my experiences and connect with people from all walks of life.
