What is your favorite song you have made, and why?

Answer:

My favorite song right now is "She Can't Call Back." The lyrics were so easily written while I was on the phone with my momma. I know people have someone in their lives that won't call them back. I have to give my sister shit for it. She calls me back now a lot more than she did and when she heard the song it made her belly laugh, which I've also recorded. But what are brothers for? Right?

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?

Answer:

I've always been a showman. I think I was 5 years old when I wrote my first song with my brother John, in the car on a road trip with my parents. I've always loved to sing, harmonize and make music and sounds. I can't remember a time when music wasn't a part of me.
