How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

Mostly improving our live performances and becoming and more tight band, that created room for creativity 

What genres does this release play into?
Answer:

Rock in general but falling into that grunge and alternative rock from 90s and 00s

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

I always performed acoustic stuff, in 2020 meeting on zoom with friends due to Covid we started working out what later became Chasing Chips, a way out of our day jobs and frustration we lived in it

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

At age of 10 when my aunt gave me a cd full of offspring, blink 182, U2, foo fighters

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

Our background is rooted in the ’90s and 2000s rock that shaped us. From basement jam sessions to crafting Blank Promises, we drew on our shared love for raw energy and emotion, blending nostalgia with a modern touch to create something authentic and true to who we are and lyrics fall into frustration and anger over injustice 

Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

We are Chasing Chips, a rock band inspired by the energy of ’90s and 2000s rock. Formed by Paulo, Ladeira, and Leandro, we turn powerful beats and distorted chords into authentic, high-energy tracks. Our debut single, Blank Promises, marks the start of our journey.

What themes do you explore throughout your music?
Answer:

Reflection over our lives and changes that happened over the past couple of years
