We hope you enjoy and please feel free to ask Bizzyah anything!
Who are you and what do you do?
Answer:

I am an artist. Both visually and musically. I went to art school to be a professional artist and did so for many years in the video game industry. I went to seminary and pursued my Masters and Doctorate in Ministry. I feel music helps me communicate creatively in a lane that is non-traditional my experiences.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

My earliest memory of listening to music is when I was around 10 or so, hearing I need love by LL Cool J on the radio.

How does your background play into this song?
Answer:

All of the lyrics that I create has a visual element to it. I am a storyteller. Since I am from Brooklyn and grew up during the Golden era, I am also a battle mc. You will hear creatively how I decide to collaspe an MC in some songs upcoming. I like writing moody music that depicts what I see or feel. Imagine reading a short story about rain... now here is that song.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

If I could go on tour, I would go on tour with De la, Digable Planets, Q-Tip, Kane, Kendrick, Pharoahe, LL, that vibe.

What themes do you explore throughout your music?
Answer:

I explore relationship themes, everyday experiences, and where I am today. I take the role as an actor and enter that world and rap about it. I feel my music connects with people relationally on a deeper level than just a beat.

What three words would you want your fanbase to use to describe you?
Answer:

Creative, Chill, Lyrical

What is the most significant lesson you've learned through being an artist?
Answer:

Make the music that you would listen to. If you love your own music, it doesnt matter if others do not. Sure, you would love for others to love what you love, but at the end of the day, you have to do it for the love you have internally.

Name three artists you’d like to be compared to.
Answer:

LL, Kane, and De La Soul.
