Esin Perspective on Like This

Im Esin, At 16, I create music as a way to express my emotions and connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges.

Most people would label my music as trap, but I believe it delves into a more profound and unique genre that truly captures its essence.

I've been immersed in music for as long as I can remember, growing up in a household where melodies constantly filled the air. Whether it was the soulful sounds of gospel, the rhythmic beats of rap, or the smooth vibes of R&B, music was always a part of my life.

I started writing music in 6th grade, never imagining it would lead anywhere, as it was just a fun hobby at first. However, over time, I developed a deep passion for it and began using music as a powerful outlet to express my emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

My ultimate goal with making music is to help people navigate their own struggles by sharing my pain and to inspire them to keep pushing forward, even when it feels incredibly difficult.
