Answer:

My name is Jesus B.

I live on the small island of Sitka, Alaska and grew up in a smaller island named "Port Alexander" with a population of 70 people. I work and go to school and have been making music for a long time now (over ten years).

At what moment in your life did you decide to become an artist / performer?
Answer:

I was inspired in 2014, but have always dreampt of performing live.

How has your sound and style evolved in the last 3 years?
Answer:

My production skills have gotten much better as well as my engineering skills. 

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

Uncle Kraker

What themes do you explore throughout your music?
Answer:

A lot about love, passion, and sadness.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

Fall Out Boy, I think it would be a good time and bring back the golden age of 2000's alternative and emo.

How would you describe your favorite artist's music to someone who has never heard them before?
Answer:

I would describe what makes thier music unique and what makes it stand out from the sea of mediocrity.

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?
Answer:

Probably, "I Dont Even Know Your Name" its just a classic feel good song about good times.

What is the strangest place where you have discovered a new song?
Answer:

Probably in my bed half asleep, it was TV Girl's "Lovers Rock"

What does your dream performance look like?
Answer:

Thousands of people, I'm the center of attention, and every one is having a good time. Like Cochella.

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

Like they are on illegal drugs lol.

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

Honestly I hate sharing my music, but if I had to choose a way it would be the share with strangers through marketing.

What is your definition of success as an artist? How do you measure this success?
Answer:

Recognition and active listeners.
