What is your overarching goal as an artist?
Answer:

To have this be my introduction to other aspects and ventures. To have this be a part of my legacy.

Name a song that best represents success to you, and why?
Answer:

Rich Forever by Rick Ross & John Legend. I think it means that being Rich isn't an amount in your bank account but being rich is all walks of life. I want to be wealthy in all walks.

What role do you believe the artist has in our society?
Answer:

Well, I think we are influencers. Hip Hop artists especially since we are the biggest genre and the most consumed since our conception in the 70s. It's important to know what you represent when you're an artist because so many eyes are on you.

How do you plan on being a game-changer within your genre?
Answer:

By having the willingness to explore anything to make the music sound better. I think the journey in rap has been diluted where the barometer is the amount of clicks, streams, and likes one can accumulate, when the fact of the matter is, your sound should always evolve.

What is your definition of success as an artist? How do you measure this success?
Answer:

Any artist that makes this their full time career, is a successful artist in my opinion. Any time you're able to feed your family off this craft, you've won.

What is the most memorable response you've had to your work?
Answer:

I've had someone come up to me crying after I performed my song "PTSD" at an artist showcase. The words really touched him that day and it helped me out tremendously going forward.

Do you practice? How has your practice changed over time?
Answer:

Yes I practice by freestyling over "industry" beats at times. That comes from my appreciation from old Lil' Wayne.

What is your favorite way of sharing your music?
Answer:

Social Media / Content. It's the way I've grown up to digest music myself, so I want the same experience for my fans.

What three words would you want your fanbase to use to describe you?
Answer:

Intelligent Talented Intuitive

What do you want people to feel when they listen to your music?
Answer:

I want them to not panic whenever an extreme emotion overtakes them. I want them to process their emotions at a high enough level and process what's going on. I also want them to embrace the light parts of life and encapsulate themselves in the good parts.

What is the strangest place where you have discovered a new song?
Answer:

I keep my ears out everywhere. Instagram. Artist showcases. I've even learned of new songs at church.

Who is your dream artist or musician to collaborate with?
Answer:

It would probably be Andre 3000 in my opinion. I think he's never had a bad guest verse.

What does your dream performance look like?
Answer:

Any performance where the crowd can help me sing my lyrics and we could be in sync with each other and connect would be a dream performance for me.

If you could only listen to three artists for the rest of your life, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

It would be Kanye West, Drake, and Jay-Z. Kanye is the greatest hip hop producer of all time, and his music has aged beautifully in my humble opinion. Drake makes diverse music and pretty much covers most subgenres of rap. Jay-Z would be partially biased because Buy The Whole Store was distributed by RocNation but Blueprint 1 brings me back to so many memories of my childhood paired the fact that there is a Hov song for pretty much everything would have my 3 artists list be all set.

What is your favorite song you have made, and why?
Answer:

My favorite song varies from week to week. I'd say my song "Reel Fears" would be my favorite. I think I captured the emotions perfectly and it rolled into the tracklist beautifully as well (From my debut album "Broward County"). Everything from the studio session to listening back to it.

If you could attend a performance by any artist, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?
Answer:

It would be Michael Jackon. I think he's the greatest of all time, regardless of any genres. The fact that he dances, and sings at such a high level. It would most definitely be him. My Virgo brother.

How would you describe your music to someone who has never heard it before?
Answer:

Therapeutic music that comes in many forms. Going through the motions in a musical platform. It could be anger, sadness, joy, happiness etc.

How would you describe your favorite artist's music to someone who has never heard them before?
Answer:

I would describe their music as motivational mood music. Honesty through music, venting in a way that's consumable in a easily disgestible way.

If you could go on tour with any artist, who would it be and why?
Answer:

It would be LARussell, due to the fact that he brings a band with him. Also the content style that he has on Instagram.

What is your earliest memory of listening to music?
Answer:

My earliest memory of listening to music would be Celine Dion My parents were huge fans of her. Also, I remember listening to a lot of DMX, Jay-Z, and Nas while I hung out in my older brother's room.

Has being an artist made your life lonely? How do you counteract this?
Answer:

Most definitely. Being an entrepreneur itself is challenging. The stigmas of it, chasing it has cost me friendships, relationships, etc. I counteract this by making sure I tap into the actual brothers I have when I need to be reminded of the things I've accomplished. I feel like somedays you ask what it's all for, and your circle is there to remind you.

What is the most significant lesson you've learned through being an artist?
Answer:

That time is the greatest snitch you could think of. I've learned patience and understand people's feelings at a higher level due to the observation skills I've had to accumulate throughout my years of artistry.
