How does your background play into this song?

Answer:

I tried some different things with my voice on this song, and I think it turned out pretty cool. I wanted to make something that was walking a fine line between being pissed off and empowered and tried to find my inner Justin Timberlake. I also got my daugher to sing some background vocals on this track, whiich was fun.
